GBA has performed supervision and inspection services on many of the projects we have designed or have helped design. GBA has provided inspection services for ports, state agencies, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
Our personnel have experience with both USACE engineering design and the operation of dredging equipment. We have a thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction inspection and management for dredging projects.
Our inspection services cover all phases of construction from dredge operations to the final placement of the dredged materials as landfill, wetland, upland, sub-aqueous habitat, or beach nourishment. GBA also monitors contractor production and safety measures. Our hydrographic surveys are frequently used for construction management to determine dredging and placement quantities for dredging payments.
